Following a stellar career as an educator, coach, and leader, my quest now is to help others discover their true potential. Whether it is to overcome past emotional trauma, increase self-awareness, develop authentic leadership skills, find new meaning and purpose in life, Michael provides inspiration, guidance, books, talks, workshops, podcasts, videos and more…

Following a traumatic childhood Michael ventured out on his own with many personal issues relating to low self-esteem and a belief that he was unlovable and unworthy. There came a point when the pain was too much. It was a choice to remain a victim or to take charge of his life. Utilizing what he refers to as “tools for self-discovery” he began to rebuild his life. Healing the past and having dealt with his core issues, he wanted more, to discover who he was along with an understanding of life itself. Open and curious to new experiences, he paused his career to “volun-travel” across the globe, volunteering in difficult situations, reading, and listening to the trials and tribulations of countless others. He discovered a meaning to life, forever changing his attitude and approach to life.
